1.cheese
2.turnip greens
3.broccoli
4.tofu
5.tuna fish
6.salmon
7.egg yolks
8.cod liver oil

Nutrients of each food:
1.cheese has calcium, protein, phosphorus, zinc, vitamin A and vitamin B12
2.turnip greens has vitamin C, folate, copper, manganese, dietary fiber, calcium, vitamin E, and vitamin B6
3.broccoli has Vitamin E (Alpha Tocopherol), Thiamin, Riboflavin, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium, Iron, and Magnesium
4.tofu has vitamins B2, B6, B12, D and Calcium
5.tuna fish has selenium, niacin, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, and protein
6.salmon has potassium, selenium and vitamin B12
7.egg yolks has Protein, Folate, Vitamin B12 and Phosphorus
8.cod liver oil has omega-3 fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA),vitamin A and vitamin D

Benefits
1.Proper levels of calcium in the body prevent back and joint pain.
2.Some of the lesser known benefits of calcium include its use in having healthy nails.
3.Adequate amounts of calcium, vitamin D, and phosphorus help
bones remain strong and healthy.
4.During the teen years it is very important to choose calcium-rich foods to build
bone density.
5.Building strong bones during adolescence will help prevent
osteoporosis and bone fractures later in life.
